A REFUGE FOR THE ABUSED AND ABANDONED.

A New Jersey non-profit exotic pet-trade sanctuary. Join us on our mission of compassion, to rescue animals from neglectful circumstances, and advocate for the elimination of exotic breeding mills.

Who?

Wild Exotics Animal Refuge takes in animal surrenders, works on rescue cases, and provides lifesaving medical care to exotic animals in need. We rescue animals who are specifically products of the exotic pet trade in New Jersey. Most of these animals will end up spending their lives in sanctuary with us, while others may be adopted out to qualifying individuals.

What?

Wild Exotics provides safety and a voice for unwanted and abused exotic animals. Every apparel purchase helps raise awareness and funding for our mission. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, that works to rescue, rehabilitate, and spread awareness. Rinse and repeat.

Why?

Throughout years of working in animal rescue, it became apparent to our founder that there were so little resources for exotic ‘pets’ in need. Most of the rescue facilities around, only focused on domesticated dogs and cats. Realizing this, Wild Exotics was born in 2021.

Medical Care For All.

Wild Exotics can only take in a limited number of animals at a time. This is so we can ensure adequate medical care for each animal that needs it. We will never put ourselves or the animals in a position where medical care cannot be afforded or administered.

Working together within the community to help animals.

The next generation will be the ones to continue making huge differences for animals. Working with scouts, schools, libraries, and communities, we provide the resources to plant seeds of kindness and spread animal welfare messages.

Compassion For All.

Wild Exotics promotes compassion for all species, by not eating them. We are a vegan ran operation, and believe that saving certain animals, while eating others, is counterproductive to the goal of saving lives. Working in rescue and not eating animals, go hand in hand.

Rescue for all.

Compassion for all.

Kindness for all.

Regardless of species.
